In response to Covid-19, all those who can will now be working from home, but may face challenges around being able to work comfortably. There has been a lot of advice circulating to help staff work comfortably and safely at home in these unprecedented times. Based on what I have read, I recommend looking at the useful advice from Osmond Ergonomics who provide guidance on workstation set up, and link to various other resources for stretches, exercise, and mental well-being.
